Keenan and Kennedy Butchers has been an ever present in Finglas since the 1960’s when the Barry Avenue shop was opened by Jim Keenan and Dennis Kennedy.

Since then Keenan and Kennedy Butchers has developed an excellent reputation for retailing and wholesaling top quality meats products at reasonable prices. It is especially known for its manufactured pork products which have garnered numerous awards over the years.
Time moves on, and Keenan and Kennedy Butchers is still in the hands of the Keenan family, with Brendan Keenan being the Owner / General Manager. It is still a family business though with several family members helping with the the running of the butchers.
Our Ethos is to provide top quality product at reasonable prices and we have been rewarded forth is by the loyalty of the customers. Some of the families that visit the shop are now in the fourth generation of buying their meat from us. We are very proud of this fact. We are very proud also of our staff, many of which have been with us for over 20 years. Our shop staff have extensive experience and can help our customers with any requirements, and have great knowledge of our fresh meat counter products which include the traditional cuts of pork, beef, lamb, bacon and poultry. We also see our famous manufactured products such as traditional sausages, speciality sausages, black and white puddings etc. We see our job as to provide our customers with what they want, so never be afraid to ask – you just might think of something we didn’t – and we’ll see what we can do.[/st_text][/st_column]
